The Premium & Activation product team creates the account experience of tomorrow - account change, cashback, premium services. We think of the user, work iteratively and carry features themselves over the finish line - from concept to launch.

You report accounts to the Head of Department and work in a small, powerful team where everyone visibly contributes to success.

We are looking forward to your application as (Junior) Product Manager (m/w/d) Banking App at C24 Bank!

You develop and optimize customer activation features and boost C24 Bank's premium performance to the next level You analyze market trends, customer feedback and regulatory requirements and translate them into specific features as well as a sustainable product strategy

You realize where AI creates real added value and develop innovative use cases that make banking smarter together with the disciplines

From scratch, you can write precise user stories, create mock-ups and prototypes (e.g. in Figma) and bring UX/UI, IT and external partners to a denominator

You take responsibility for the end-to-end implementation and are only satisfied when the product not only works, but enthusiastic

You have completed a degree with business or IT focus (e.g. business informatics, computer science, BWL or VWL) or have a comparable qualification with You bring experience in the digital environment and have a good understanding of digital products, processes and technical relationships You think analytic and structured, make decisions on the basis of data and have a strong sense of user needs You have a hand-on mentality and you like to work with different disciplines You communicate safely in German and English - both oral and written
