In our HR department, you will become part of the Culture, Learning & Development team. The following exciting tasks await you with us: You create teaching concepts as well as training and presentation documents for e.g. You will get the opportunity to play an active role in teaching You gain broad knowledge of scientific concepts in which we align our work and can bring your own conceptual ideas You will get to know applied transformation/Change management as well as strategy consulting and thus gain an insight into the activities of an internal management consultancy You work with concepts of employer attractiveness, employee retention and talent management You get the opportunity to design and moderate the team days You design, organize and run the monthly intern Jour Fixe

You are currently studying economics or social sciences (possibly with a focus on staff or organization), psychology, pedagogy (focus on adult education) or an equivalent course of study Through a safe occurrence in front of larger groups, a conscientious procedure, a structured and independent procedure You Your strengths are team and communication skills You have good to very good enlic skills Your knowledge of MS standard software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) are very good Travel readiness does not pose a problem for you (car guide ticket desirable)
