Our client is an internationally active industrial group with modern production processes. For the location in the Cloppenburg area, we are looking for a convincing personality as a specialist for occupational safety, which takes operational responsibility and actively shapes occupational and health protection. In this role you take the central responsibility for the implementation and further development of occupational safety and EHS measures (Environment, Health & Safety) at the site. You advise executives and employees in practice, implement measures and contribute directly to safe, efficient and sustainable work processes. Performance of tasks according to § 6 ASiG as a specialist for occupational safety at the site Advising the location management in all matters of occupational and health protection and in the practical implementation of legal requirements Assessment of technical installations, working procedures and operations under safety aspects Identification of risk potentials and initiation of appropriate risk mitigation measures Participation in internal audits and monitoring of external audits by authorities or professional associations Analysis of safety-relevant events and structured follow-up of actions initiated Support in the safety-related design of changes, new acquisitions or modifications Conception and implementation of targeted training and awareness measures Promoting sustainable security awareness in the operational environment

Completed training as a specialist for occupational safety Professional experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment Knowledge of the relevant statutory regulations in occupational and health protection Technical understanding of production facilities and operational processes Experience in cooperation with different hierarchical levels Self-employed, structured working and a high level of responsibility Communication strength and the ability to communicate safety requirements in a practical and solution-oriented manner
