What we plan together: Together we shape the digital purchasing processes of one of Europe's leading trading companies. The area of commodity organization & processes advises, accompanies and supports the central purchasing and category management around organization and process design and defines the technical requirements for the supervised IT systems. With increasing relevance of automation, data-based decisions and digital workflows, the need to translate technical requirements faster and more effectively into concrete solutions is growing. This is where the role is: You combine deep process understanding in purchasing with technical implementation strength and develop practical digital solutions together with our specialist areas. You work at the interface between Purchasing, Category Management and REWE Digital and take the Driver Seat for selected use cases.

What you do with us: You analyse processes in central purchasing, structuring requirements, clarifying roles, interfaces and responsibilities, and deriving sustainable solutions. You recognize automation and optimization potentials in existing processes and proactively introduce new and efficient use cases. You translate technical requirements into specific requirements, user stories and implementable digital target images, evaluate them with regard to usefulness, feasibility, complexity and scalability, and accompany the implementation in consultation with colleagues from REWE digitally. You develop selected use cases independently with tools from the Microsoft Power Platform, in particular with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI or Perspective Copilot Studio. You accompany the introduction of new solutions into practice and make sure that applications are easily understood, usable and sustainable in everyday work. You prepare workshops on your own, moderate them online or on site and ensure that decisions, requirements and next steps are properly documented, prioritized and implemented. You work closely with different stakeholders, from operational purchasing to leadership level, and you can combine technical and technical perspectives. Perspectively, you design standards, quality and structure in the Citizen Development environment of the area.

You think in processes, do not just want to analyze things, but also improve them concretely and translate them into working solutions. You can switch between conceptual work, structured analysis and pragmatic implementation safely. Ideally, you have first practical experience with No/Low code technologies, for example in the Microsoft Power Platform or have already built up comparable digital implementation skills.
