IT Support (m/w/d) (determined for 18 months)

In a multi-member team, you can edit questions and problems of users: in 2nd level support, you can use a ticket system. They take over IT support locally and are responsible for the output and management of hardware via the internal processing system. The maintenance and updating of inventory data in our database systems is also part of your task. They perform hardware rollouts for workstation systems and printers. Planning and dismantling of the technical equipment of jobs are your responsibility. In addition, the analysis and correction of errors for both workstation systems and printers and peripherals are also part of your field of activity.

They have completed training in information electronics or comparable qualifications. Good computer skills and experience in the care of printers as well as peripheral devices are the key features. Experience in 1st and 2nd level support as well as sound knowledge in error analysis and troubleshooting are desirable. It is advantageous to have experience in the erection and dismantling of technical equipment of jobs. They have excellent communication skills and a high service orientation.
