Support of Head of Operations as Deputy Head of Production in Planning, Termination and Monitoring of Production Activities to ensure that products are produced within the specified time, cost and quality limits with particular attention to ensuring compliance with GMP, AMG, AMWHV and HACCP/IFS guidelines Documentation: Release of production instructions, piece lists, packaging and labelling documents Verification and approval of all relevant production documents Processing of deviations and complaints, development and implementation of corrective and preventive measures (CAPAs). Support Ensuring compliance with SOPs through regular monitoring and training of employees. Quality assurance: Support in ensuring that all production processes comply with the specified quality standards. Implementation of emergency measures in the event of discrepancies, including, where appropriate, training of staff Partial implementation of CAPA and CR measures. Communication: Active participation in internal and external audits and self-inspections Provide information for authorities and customers Process optimization: Identification and implementation of improvements in production processes Creation of Changes Implementation of SOP amendments Development: Support for the introduction of new production technologies or production processes.

Successfully completed studies of pharmacy, process engineering, chemistry or comparable disciplines First professional experience in the pharmaceutical environment, ideally experience in manufacturing Comprehensive knowledge of the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and the relevant legal regulations, such as the Pharmaceutical and Drug Manufacturing Regulation (AMWHV) Commercial knowledge of the evaluation of production processes Proactive, independent and solution-oriented work High quality standards, absolute reliability and loadability, as well as self-safe occurrence Impressed team spirit and strong communication skills adapted to the hierarchical levels SAP knowledge and/or knowledge of modern operating data control systems System-proof with Office functionalities and database systems Good English knowledge in word and writing
