As part of our Plant Engineering team, you will work with your colleagues to ensure stable, efficient production processes and high plant availability. You work closely with production and actively contribute your technical know-how as well as your practical experience - especially when it comes to acting quickly and solution-oriented. Your tasks You keep running our partially and fully automated production facilities and make sure that everything is running You always have a high plant availability in mind - in running operation you reliably secure it Disorders are active, analyse causes and develop solutions that have a lasting effectYou recognize early and pack them directly before You become a problem In close exchange with production, layer management, funnels and operational engineers, you will shape everyday life on the surface with You continuously develop processes - focusing on stability, quality and output You will be happy to share your technical know-how in the team and support colleagues in their further development You plan and coordinate maintenance measures independently and keep an overview You handle internal maintenance and are the central interface for external service providers You are actively working on maintenance plans and bringing your ideas to further development In CVP and optimization measures, you actively shape and drive improvements

This is ideally brought with you: Completed training as mechatronics, electricians, electronics (industry) Multiannual maintenance experience - ideally from a modern production environment Good knowledge of control technology (Siemens S7, TIA, ideally also B&R) Know-how in pneumatics and pneumatics Basic knowledge of robotics (e.g. ABB, KUKA, Yaskawa) or the willingness to work on you Experience with industrial image processing systems (camera and vision technology) for quality testing and process monitoring (keyence, Cognex, B&R) Understanding standards, regulations and occupational safety (VDE, TRBS, DGUV, BetrSichV) Team spirit, initiative and joy in technology and continuous improvement Ready to work in the 3 layer system MS Office and SAP basic knowledge
