As a sales-oriented savings bank with a balance sheet total of around 2.5 billion. Euro, 15 branches and around 330 employees are market leaders in our business area, the Heidenheim district.

This is your field of action: you acquire, maintain and convey purchase and rental objects and act as a competent contact person (m/w/d) throughout the entire sales process. You guide visits, create professional exhibits and present real estate targeted to meet the needs of the interested parties. You determine the sales value of objects and derive appropriate sales strategies therefrom. You coordinate the coordination between buyers, sellers, notaries and our specialist departments and ensure a smooth conclusion. You represent the Kreissparkasse Heidenheim to the outside, maintain long-term customer relationships and build a network. This is what distinguishes you: you have an economic study or a comparable qualification (e.g. (Bank‐) Business Administration (m/w/d))) and ideally have a training or certification in the real estate sector. You can demonstrate multiannual experience in real estate placement and have sound knowledge in the local real estate market. You convince by a strong sales and negotiation skills, work targeted and stand confidently towards customers and business partners. You have a safe appearance and excellent communication skills, can present complex facts in a comprehensible way and build long-term trusted customer relationships.
