In order to strengthen our legal department, we are looking for a legal generalist (m/w/d), the well-founded expertise in labor and contract law, as well as in general civil law, and the pleasure of accompanying business questions in practice. Your future tasks

Comprehensive legal advice for the management and our internal departments Self-employed working on civil matters, with a focus on collective and individual labour law Creation, testing and further development of contracts Monitoring and management of out-of-court and judicial negotiations and close cooperation with external legal advisers Legal assessment and support of entrepreneurial decisions and projects Participation in the optimization of internal processes and structures

Complete study of law (state sexamina or comparable qualification) Multiannual professional experience as a lawyer (m/w/d), ideally with generalistic approach, like in a law firm Experiences in collective labour law and secure knowledge in individual labour law Representative legal judgment, structured and practice-oriented thinking Communication strength, ownership and joy in interdisciplinary cooperation
