You reliably collect customer orders in our ERP system. You care and update the data in the ERP system in a conscientious manner. You'll start delivery and freight papers and take care of the truck handling. You organize the transport by ordering trucks with our freight partners. You will create the required customs documents for import and export operations. You're reviewing bills carefully.

A successfully completed commercial vocational training (industrial businessman/wife, merchant/wife for office management) or study of business management (BWL, VWL, etc.) Structured and careful operation Team skills, customer orientation and friendly communication Joy in taking responsibility in a dynamic environment Good knowledge of German and English
