Make sure that citizens, institutions and bodies can contact their community digitally and use administrative services online Together with the strategic product management, you plan the roadmap for online processes in our business areas You design, develop and advise user-centric online services based on XIMA formcycle and integrate them in municipal business processes You analyze existing business processes and develop suitable digital solutions together with consultants, customers and specialist working groups You advise and accompany our customers in implementing and customizing online services You develop new online services in conjunction with our specialist procedures and actively shape their development You work in a cross-product digitalization team and promote the digitization of municipal administration

You are an all-rounder and want to help shape the entire process – from conception and development to the introduction and support of our users You have completed a study of economic informatics, social informatics, administrative informatics or comparable training. More importantly, we are your enthusiasm for innovation and the digitalization of public administration and your desire to incorporate you into new topics You bring professional management expertise in the field of social security Ideally you have already gained first experience in the design and design of digital processes or online services You are passionate about agile working methods and develop solutions consistently from the perspective of our customers and users You think creatively and solution-oriented, question existing processes and enjoy developing new and also unconventional ways You use AI tools consciously and efficiently and use them as a support in designing and developing your tasks So you might think...
