Business area / department The head office of the NRW building stock documentation is assigned to the subject area of principle, sustainability and quality management and is located in the Bundesbau division in the headquarters of the BLB NRW. The coordinators for stock documentation (w/m/d) as part of the head office are primarily active in one of the six branches. The documentation of construction measures carried out (new construction, refurbishment, refurbishment, demolition etc.) is an essential basis for the efficient and sustainable implementation of future construction tasks and for the operation.
