Quality Management Officer / QMB (m/f/d)

Our client is a medium-sized press and punching unit with about 80 employees, which is part of a larger steel group operating throughout Germany. The company stands for the highest quality standards and continuous further development of its processes. With established quality management according to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 as well as further certifications, the company uses structured, sustainable and future-oriented systems. In the course of the further development in this area, we now occupy a newly created staff member as a quality management officer (m/w/d). The focus is on further development, documentation and structuring of management systems. In this position, you make a decisive contribution to the long-term guarantee of quality and business standards through your high accuracy and your pronounced process understanding.

Responsibility for the further development, care and structuring of the integrated management system Creation, revision and management of process-related documentation and management manual Ensuring compliance with relevant standards, in particular ISO 9001 and IATF 16949, including preparation and monitoring of audits Analysis, optimization and standardization of business processes in close coordination with the specialist departments Administration and further development of the CAQ system used (Babtec)

Successfully completed studies or completed training with further education in quality management (QMB), alternative comparable qualification Multiannual experience in quality management, ideal for handling IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 Embossed strength in the structured documentation of processes and management systems as well as a very high degree of accuracy Experience in handling CAQ systems (e.g. Babtec) and a good understanding of integrated management systems Analytical Thinking Power, Enforcement Strength and the ability to work across departments and establish processes sustainably
