For our further growth in Donauwörth, we are looking for a:

Operations Manager (m/w/d)

Responsibility and ensuring all operational processes in close coordination with the management as well as contact persons for operational topics to the customer Discipline and professional leadership of group management as well as responsibility, motivation and promotion of employees as part of training measures to maintain and improve quality Ensuring a number-based and demand-based personnel and resource planning Ensuring compliance with KPIs in compliance with the requirements of quality and process management Responsibility for the continuous optimization of the processes and for the relevant area (e.g. Lean Logistics)

Complete training and/or studies with the focus on logistics or a comparable qualification Multiannual well-founded professional and leadership experience within contract logistics/stock logistics as well as in the application of common lean methodology Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills Structured, team-oriented and independent working style with high self-motivation and reliability Secure handling of MS Office package and good SAP skills Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
