Coordination in production with regard to quality, time and quantity Compliance with statutory and operational regulations Compliance and use of measures to implement quality objectives Support in the further development of production processes Instruction, promotion and motivation of employees Support for HSE topics in production Participation in the optimization and further development of the production area and productivity Support in the selection of tools and in the technical solution invention Learning and developing employees

Complete vocational training as well as further training as a master or technician in the field of electronics/electrotechnics Multiannual professional experience in the searched field, preferably in the automotive or defence industry High technical understanding and production experience and product knowledge Representative organisational and communication skills Good English knowledge of word and writing
