Teamleiter Social Media (m/f/d)

As a team leader Social Media at Lidl Deutschland, you are in charge of designing our entire social media performance and influencer marketing together with your team. Under your leadership, the team takes up the latest trends and characters of the platforms and raises our social media channels to the next level. This means that you contribute significantly to the design of our modern brand appearance.

This means:

Leadership and further development of team members Further development of the creative performance on our social media channels such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and Pinterest With design and hand-on implementation of creative concepts and support of relevant video productions Efficient driving of various strategic topics at the same time Coordination of internal and external interfaces (e.g. internal departments, external agencies)

Completed studies, optimally with focus on marketing Multiannual experience in managing and developing employees Relevant knowledge in the field of social media as well as practical experience in managing agencies and accompanying productions Embossed strategic thinking and hands-on mentality as well as the ability to advance several topics at the same time readiness for relevant travel activities
