Planning, organisation and implementation of occupational safety and fire protection in production and administration Implementation, development and monitoring of EHS processes and guidelines, taking into account legal requirements and internal governance standards Ensuring the implementation of operational EHS objectives within the framework of the global sustainability strategy Analysis of accidents at work and damage events including Cause assessment and derivation of appropriate prevention measures Safety technical support of projects and (partial) project management for optimising production processes Preparation, monitoring and follow-up of internal and external audits at site level

Complete university studies in the field of mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, safety technology or comparable Multiannual professional experience in occupational safety, EHS or HSE in an industrial environment Knowledge of relevant standards and standards (e.g. DIN ISO 45001, OHSAS 18001) Analytical thinking capacity as well as structured and solution-oriented operation Embossed communication strength, sovereign appearance and enforcement capability Teamability, Responsibility and Safe Decision Behavior Safe handling of MS Office Secure knowledge of German and English
