Customer Support Specialist - CRM / Remote / Sales (m/f/d)

Our solutions and services are now available worldwide in 200 countries with subsidiaries and selected retail partners. · You recognize and solve problems with your expertise and discuss unknown problems in the team, to advise customers about our products · You follow the team goals to constantly improve and build a good team · You go professionally with customers and traders – if there are problems, you always stay friendly and patient · You follow sales-related inquiries in cooperation with the sales teams · You analyze technical enquiries and solve them via remote management software · You document, manage contact data and pause them in the CRM system · You have a good basic understanding for technical applications and like to explain them · You are always friendly, patient and think quickly in new situations · You convince by independent, structured and proactive working methods and are a team player · You have a successfully completed commercial or IT-oriented training and/or relevant professional experience in the field of customer support or sales services · You have very good German and basic English skills · You have a strong communication skills and customer orientation Working environment and corporate culture With us you will find a secure, modern workplace with a future perspective and with ESET, diversity, justice and inclusion (DEI) are integral parts of our corporate culture.
