As a portfolio manager:includes a project portfolio of infrastructure construction projects, taking into account the legal, administrative and intra-group guidelines on the performance phases 0–9 and taking into account, among other things, the coordination of risk assessments and counter-control measures At any time, you have a look at compliance with the approved cost, deadline and quality framework for your portfolio, tax appropriate measures if necessary and support the project managers in the specialist teams in implementing the projects In addition, in your portfolio's projects, you take control of significant dates (QGs, audits, queries) You will collect the required system data for the respective construction projects and start reports on the evaluation of the project achievement as well as suitable control measures. You also support project managers:in case of system evaluations and bundle relevant queries Your exciting field of activity is rounded off by carrying out regular fault analyses of inventory data, including process optimization associated with it
