Team Leader Scheduling (m/f/d)

Our focus is on the development, production and distribution of medium and high-pressure compressors for numerous applications in the Industry, Commercial Shipping, Defense and Offshore segments. As part of the further development of our organization, we establish a team disposition within the Material Management department. We are looking for you as a dedicated team leader (m/w/d). Activity description The Department of Materials Management at the Kiel site will consist of four teams (production planning and control, storage & internal transport, dispatch and disposition) in which about 70 employees (m/w/d) are employed. As Team Management Disposition (m/w/d), you are primarily responsible for the technical and disciplinary management, including the capacity planning of the team. With the team, you can ensure on-time delivery as well as the organization of capacity utilisation in compliance with the time, cost and quality framework and always focus on internal and external customer satisfaction.

Professional and disciplinary leadership and development of the team (currently 9 employees) Monitoring the timely delivery of the Service & Sales and external procurement contracts Initiation of measures for deviations Adaptation of planning in case of disturbances Monitoring and control of capacity utilisation when new orders are planned Ensuring timely material availability Avoidance of production stoppages due to defective parts Escalation management in delivery problems Optimization of order processes Assessment of delivery performance (termination, quantity and quality reliability) Monitoring of order confirmations and delivery dates Responsibility for creating key figures and deriving measures

Complete studies, ideally in the field of economic engineering or logistics, or a comparable qualification Multiannual leadership experience, ideally in a comparable role Impressed leadership and motivation with a clear, value-adding leadership style Ensuring communication and enforcement as well as decision strength High organization and process competence Embossed service orientation as well as professional, binding occurrence Analytical and Economic Thinking, especially in Process Analysis and Efficiency Enhancement Experience in managing external service providers and in contract and supplier management Pragmatic and solution-oriented mode of operation and Hands-on-Mentality
