You generally conduct legal counselling in the legal fields relevant to insurance companies Examination and negotiation of IT contracts, software licenses and cloud services, including consulting and mapping the requirements of the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) in relation to contractual relationships with ICT third-party services is your responsibility You are responsible for legal support, including contract design, for the imple­mentation and use of AI applications. You are responsible for the active legal design and accompaniment of (IT) procurement processes and participation in the further development of (IT) procurement processes as part of the information network. You conduct internal training on IT-law issues, DORA and AI-relevant issues In addition, the independent regression process is one of your tasks in the regressive constellations set up in the legal field, including judicial enforcement (the creation of legal acts and procedural violations in court proceedings). Cooperation and cooperation with the departments (in particular AD IT, compliance, information security, data protection, AD damage) as well as constructive communication with (ICT) service providers and regressors round off your area of responsibility
