• Cost center and personnel responsibility as well as employee management, employee development and motivation

• Responsibility for implementing and ensuring successful system integration of projects from the SigInt/EW market segment

• Evaluation and optimization of existing processes and processes and the development of sustainable, new processes and their implementation

• Resource and personnel deployment planning in coordination with the interface partners

• Contact persons for all issues related to system integration in the field as well as for internal and external customers
