To strengthen our kitchen team, we are looking for a dedicated cook (m/w/d) that contributes to the success of our house with passion and team spirit.

Preparation and preparation of high-quality food in the à la carte and menu business

Creative menu with seasonal and regional products

Own-responsible work on the assigned item (e.g. Gardemanger, Entremetier or Saucier)

Compliance and control of hygiene and quality standards (HACCP)

Support in goods ordering, acceptance and storage

Teamwork with colleagues in the kitchen and close cooperation with the service

Completed training as cook/cooking or comparable qualification

Professional experience in the upscale gastronomy or hotel industry of advantage

Passion for fresh, creative cuisine and enjoy working with regional products

Teamability, flexibility and resilience

Reliable, independent and structured operation
