Technical leadership of the group of layers including planning of personnel use and machine occupancy Processing and instruction of employees including monitoring of occupational safety and safety regulations Take over responsibility for compliance with the production plan and quality standards Monitoring and optimization of production processes Ensuring the use of materials and equipment Support in setup and production processes Solution of production problems

Completed design as a plastic technology desirable Professional experience in extrusion Ideal experience as a shift leader Comprehensive knowledge of the current safety standards Good MS Office knowledge Loadability and team capacity as well as a very good conflict management and good leadership qualities
