You take over the role of the contractor and owner representative in the planning, control and implementation of complex and large-volume project developments in stock, as well as demanding modernisation and rehabilitation projects in the asset classes housing, hotel, office and retail. You coordinate external project controllers, planning offices and authorities and ensure a frictionless cooperation with internal editing bodies such as commercial asset management, legal, rental, marketing, finance and controlling. You are responsible for project budget planning and control, analyse target-actual deviations, evaluate risks and develop stressable scenarios and recommendations for action. You are familiar with the legal framework of complex construction projects and are legally binding internal and external experts. You prepare sound decision-making and decision-making templates and present them confidently before decision-making and decision-making bodies. You regularly report the most important key figures and strategic options of your projects to the management.

You have a degree in the field of civil engineering, architecture or an economic study. You bring multiannual experience from project development and/or technical asset management, have worked ideally for institutional funds or family offices and have represented your projects before investment committees / investment bodies. Ideally, You have already successfully completed several major projects in the role of the contractor. You work in a targeted, result-oriented and very quality-oriented manner and are understood as a problem solver who also likes to deal with complex issues.
