Expert in Occupational Safety, Health Protection, Fire Protection (m/f/d)

You develop concepts and accompany the implementation and control of measures in the areas of “work protection management”, “health management”, “barrier freedom” and “inclusion”. Your expertise will help you to create and update patterns for risk assessments, operating instructions, instruction and fire protection regulations. You can choose from, for example, means of first aid, fire protection and ergonomic (office) workstation design. You organize workstations and fire protection, broaching and evacuation exercises, occupational health and other health promotion measures. Communication with supervisory authorities and accident insurance providers is in your hands. Also control external services (e.g. SiTec and Amed). You advise, support and sensitize the responsible persons with regard to the implementation of occupational, health and fire protection, in particular in the event of risk assessments, including the planning and implementation of measures. You shall select appropriate personal protective equipment, suitable working and operating equipment, necessary occupational health precautions and take over control of the implementation of measures in accordance with the requirements of the responsible bodies. We work mobile and flexible. However, on the service post/workplace occasional missions, including throughout the federal territory, are incurred. These missions are generally planned with sufficient chronological advance, so that the reconciliation of family and occupation is guaranteed.

Qualification: You have a completed university degree (Diplom FH/ Bachelor) or a comparable qualification (e.g. Master/Master) and are a specialist in occupational safety. Competences: You have at least two years of professional experience in occupational, health and/or organisational fire protection. You bring good knowledge and safe handling of the relevant Microsoft Office applications. You have knowledge of the legal bases applicable to occupational health care. You could already collect knowledge and method skills in the discussion (e.g. systemic advice). You bring the ability to act in a team-oriented manner and are both criminal and socially-competent. Your communication and cooperation competence is good and you bring the ability to recognize overall links of information well. SAP knowledge is desirable.
