Monitoring the function of our technologies, platforms, networks and systems using existing management and configuration tools Adopt all activities in the course of troubleshooting in ticket systems Self­employed error analysis, possibly in cooperation with system specialists Initiation and control of all measures for the optimum troubleshooting and meeting of necessary decisions in this context Change in tech­nical theory in the context of disorder Preparation, placement and post-processing of maintenance work in networks and systems Cooperation in the development of destructive concepts of all technologies used Professional communication with customers, employees, service providers, partners and system suppliers

Expertise and professional experience Completed training or completed studies in the field of communications technology or Information technology or a related area Basics of IPv4 and IPv6 networks, optical overlay networks and voice over IP Certifications for these basic situations are advantageous Versified handling of MS Office Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing Personal skills Embossed customer orientation, team skills and communication strength High level of learning and self-employment in new technologies and systems Self-employed, targeted High stress resistance (e.g. in case of disturbances) Ready for shiftwork and standby services
