The Schön Klinik Berchtesgadener Land is a specialist clinic with the medical focuses on psychosomatic medicine and pneumology (Lehrkrankenhaus der Philipps-Universität Marburg and the PMU Salzburg). The clinic is situated in front of picturesque mountain scenery in south-eastern Bavaria, on the edge of the Berchtesgaden National Park. The specialized services of hospital treatment as well as for rehabilitation and prevention can be experienced both inpatient and outpatient patients. The Schön Klinik Berchtesgadener Land has 326 beds, busy approx. 330 employees and treats around 4,500 patients per year:inside For our team we are looking for an employee (m/w/d) for the team management Team management with employee and interface responsibility Strategic orientation of the department with the introduction of a new version of TIMEBASE® 2025/26 Continuous optimization (incl. controlling) of planning processes Creation of the treatment plans of our patients as well as execution of the service plans of the employees by means of the therapy planning system TIMEBASE® Treatment of therapy requirements using the ORBIS clinical software
