Quality Manager (m/w/d)

Osnabrück or Leinfelden-Echterdingen Development, introduction and maintenance of a company-wide quality assurance system for planning and construction processes Definition and monitoring of quality standards, checklists and testing processes as well as performance of quality audits on construction sites and in planning phases Analysis of quality deficiencies, development of causes analyses and implementation of corrective measures Building a knowledge management system for continuous improvement (Lessons Learned, Best Practices) Identification and evaluation of innovations in construction (e.g. pre-production, modular design) Development of concepts for increasing the degree of prefabrication and standardization of components Close cooperation with internal specialist departments, planners and partners to implement innovative solutions as well as to conduct economic analysis and sustainability assessments of new approaches Development of KPIs for measuring quality, efficiency and degree of innovation, as well as regular reporting to management and management

Complete studies in the technical field (e.g. civil engineering, construction, architecture or comparable) Ideally multi-year professional experience in construction management or quality management Embossed experience in process management and implementation of improvement projects High communication capability and persuasiveness Solution-oriented, pragmatic mode of operation and the ability to motivate employees and drive changes
