For our Frankfurt location we are looking for project manager (m/w/d) for different product areas. Depending on the location, you are responsible for demanding projects with individual focus in the field of industrial construction, office, school and residential buildings or other construction projects. Responsibility: As Project Manager (m/w/d) you take over the economic and technical responsibility for exciting and demanding SF construction projects Customer support: (m/w/d) in your hands Team leadership: You lead the interdisciplinary project team and manage innovative project processes together as a team Negotiating skills: The tendering and awarding activities and the negotiation and commissioning of after-contracting services are coordinated by you Coordination capacity: You ensure the turnkey construction and the final construction removal

Qualified study: You have a successfully completed study of civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering (construction) or a comparable degree Practical experience: You already have several years of experience in the realization of construction projects Knowledge: You bring knowledge in the fields of calculation, VOB, execution planning, contracting and construction with Soft Skills: You are characterized by high communication and team skills, while possessing enforcement strength and negotiation skills
