Regular filling of drinks, snacks and snacks around the lunch service

Support for simple preparations for smaller catering outside lunchtime (e.g. providing coffee breaks, cookies/ snacks)

Support for smaller and larger events outside the daily business (e.g. evening events, special formats, congresses)

Close coordination with external catering partners and the internal team (e.g. delivery times, quantities, special features)

Compliance with basic hygiene and cleanliness standards throughout the catering and lounge area

Working together to build clear processes around lunch service and catering, e.g. by simple checklists

Experience in gastronomy, Mensa, in service or catering is of advantage – cross-comers with pleasure in service work are welcome

Reliability and punctuality are natural for you, especially around fixed lunches

You work carefully, neatly and hygienic – even if you have to go quickly

Physical activities such as wearing, lifting and standing longer are good for you

You bring the willingness to occasionally support events outside the regular lunchtime (e.g. in the evening)

Good knowledge of German communication with guests, team and service providers

A mini-job or part-time activity (approx. 8-10 hours/week) with a focus on lunchtime
