Responsibility of the conception of governance structures and the development and optimization of business processes of national and international companies from the insurance industry Advising our clients on different governance, risk and compliance issues, such as the Solvency II context and sustainability compliance (e.g. CSRD reporting, EU-Taxonomy Regulation, and CSDDD) Development and implementation of individual solutions for our clients Guidance and motivation of less experienced team members and development to the central contact person for our clients The independent development of complex issues in the financial and governance environment, as well as the training and necessary knowledge transfer with modern project management methods

Successfully completed bachelor's or master's degree, ideally with the focus on finance, accounting, insurance, banks and/or process management At least 2 years of professional experience in insurance or financial management or in an audit or consulting firm Experience in the implementation of regulatory requirements, the design and/or testing of governance and/or internal control systems and experience in project work Motivation, curiosity, self-responsibility, and a special interest in the insurance industry Very good communication skills in German and English
