Operations Quality Expert (m/f/d)

You carry out technical approvals and tests and release plants, components, assemblies and individual parts – both internally and externally with service providers and suppliers. You document test results carefully and decide on the release or blocking of the tested components. You carry out shipments – from individual products to complete structures. With deviations from quality requirements, you are systematically redirecting: you collect, evaluate and correct these and develop sustainable storage measures using statistical methods. In the case of established quality deviations, you will guide and follow measures and ensure their sustainability in cooperation with the respective specialist departments. QM documents begin, plead and direct independently. As a contact person:in for production and service providers, you support in case of deviations in product and production quality including fault analysis. You actively support the implementation of measures for supplier qualification and development.

You will bring training to the state-tested mechanical engineering technician, mechanical engineering master or completed vocational training to the industrial mechanic with an appropriate additional qualification. Technical drawings as well as assembly and 3D models are part of everyday work for you; you'll be safe and routined. Multiannual practical professional experience in quality is yours. Quality management systems, their tools and CAQ systems are familiar to you. With Microsoft Office applications you work safely and well-founded. Finded SAP knowledge, especially in the modules MM and QM, will help you. Team-oriented and analytical thinking as well as enforcing ability and willingness to take responsibility distinguish your way of working. Good knowledge of English in word and writing complete your profile. Organizational talent as well as a friendly and professional handling of customers, employees and suppliers are of course for you.
