You take over the project management and technical responsibility for the product area You are responsible for the participant acquisitions and build an excellent network to the driving schools of the region In addition, as a lecturer, you will conduct seminars and trainings as part of the product group You give important impulses for the introduction of new products and innovative training concepts You control product management taking into account administrative and educational staff You act as a competent contact person for the central product development and quality management

Studied mechanical engineering, mechatronics, vehicle engineering, electrical engineering, further education as a specialist or technician (IHK, HWK), master motor traffic, training in the automotive sector or comparable qualification holder of the driving school permit, experience as the responsible manager of a driving school or the principal teacher of a driving instructor training course for at least 3 years First professional leadership experience desirable Driving instructors of classes B/BE, C/CE, A Business knowledge Structured operation, high degree of self-initiative Communication and sales strength, you have fun in success
