(Senior) Enterprise Business Development Representative - BDR (m/f/d)

As Senior BDR (m/w/d), you are an integral part of our SaaS Enterprise Team and the right hand of two Enterprise Account Executives. You are responsible for everything that happens before the first appointment: Research, Prospecting, Outbound and the appointment of qualified Discovery Calls. Together with your Account Executives, you'll get a solid book of business from companies with more than 1,000 employees in the DACH area. In this role, you not only have a large share of the implementation of our outbound strategy, but also a clear growth path. As a Senior Business Development Representative, you will be prepared for your next step towards Account Executive. Your tasks: Research and account penetration: Understanding corporate hierarchies, identifying contact persons, stakeholders and triggers, and maintaining company data in the CRM cleanly. Outbound / Outreach on the accounts of your AEs: You contact relevant contact persons:inside with individual and personalized activities via different channels and sequences. Editing, addressing and appointment of all inbound leads for your fixed AEs, including qualification and Nurturing. Collaboration with your colleagues: as an integral part of two account teams, including structured briefings and weekly account team syncs. Responsibility for your own activity and conversion KPIs.

You already have one to two years of experience as BDR or SDR in the B2B-SaaS environment. Accounts are structured and understand how the right contacts can be identified in more complex organisations. Technical affinity and the self-evident handling of AI tools characterize you. As an open and eloquent personality you like to go to people. Entrepreneurial thinking, ownership and a good understanding of the challenges of HR and recruiting teams round off your profile. You are ready to work on three days a week at our Berlin or Düsseldorf office. Your knowledge of German and English is reliable.
