Dresden | unlimited | Full time | IND_ISMO_02.2026.1_15649 General responsibility for the planning, control and successful implementation of electrotechnical projects Leadership, motivation and deployment planning of the respective project team Creation of technical concepts and offers and participation in contract negotiations Ensuring standard and professional assembly designs Budget monitoring, cost control and economic project management Supporting our customers as a competent contact person during all phases of the project Coordination of acceptance processes and preparation of final documentation

Complete studies in the field of electrical engineering or electrotechnical training (e.g. as an electronics technician:in for industrial engineering, mechatronics:in) with further education as a master:in or technician:in Multiannual professional experience in electrical assembly and project processing Ideally, first leadership experience in leadership and coordination of teams Safe handling of MS Office and common project management tools An independent and structured operation Teamability and friendly appearance to our customers
