The Vocational Training Centre (BTZ) Mittelfranken der Berufsausbildungszentren der Bayerischen Wirtschaft (bfz) is a special institution for the professional rehabilitation of people with a mental illness. Our team supports the rehabilitators in the development of professional perspectives with the aim of (re)integration into the labour market or in advance into training or retraining. Head of the BTZ plant of the bfz Parts Responsibility Extraction, incorporation and guidance of the associated employees Implementation of leadership understanding, as well as trusting cooperation with the works council bodies Employee communication in operational day-to-day business and implementation of annual discussions Guide / Accompanying the team meetings and case meetings

Conception, organisation and implementation of BTZ performance content Controlling rehabilitation documentation (e.g. funding and integration plans, ICF-based progress reports) and rehabilitation processes Planning and implementation of measures Compliance with the relevant quality guidelines - Implementation of the Joint Recommendation for Institutions for Services for Participation in Working Life pursuant to § 51 SGB IX Concept for institutions according to § 51 SGB IX, et al.

Processing of quality and performance manuals Care, application and improvement of quality management Acquises and network work - active contact management to clients, specialist institutions, cooperation partners, companies and other institutions of the rehabilitation system Planning and implementation of public relations including Events Creation of reports, statistics, presentations Evaluation of institutional and target group-specific key figures Development and further development of target group-specific participation concepts

Higher education preferably in the field of psychology and/or pedagogy – but also in the context of this rehabilitation area Experiences in the rehabilitation area and/or work and support of people with mental illnesses/soulic stress Joy in taking responsibility, working with people and leading in the team Decision strength, independence and flexibility Organisational capacity and solution- and targeted operation Communication and team skills as well as high social competence Knowledge of client-oriented conversation Safe handling of current MS Office applications
