Head of the DAA-Pflegeschule Kassel Cooperation with institutions, authorities, associations, associations and specialised bodies, networking in and outside the company Cooperation with the National Office for Health and Social Affairs and the cooperating institutions, in particular the institutions of practical training Cooperation and acquisition of practical training providers Staff management and development, design of team meetings Extraction of lecturers and teachers personnel deployment planning, scheduling Design of change/development processes, e.g. future-oriented teaching formats, curriculum development, QM Support for the theory-practice transfer with co-operating institutions of health care and nursing, elderly care, outpatient care, paediatrics and psychiatry Selection, consulting and accompaniment of trainees in theory and practice School organization, administration, planning of economic key data

completed studies in the field of nursing education (as possible Master/Diplom) or comparable skills preferably completed training as a health and nursing workerin, nursein ideally experience as (deputy) management of a school for nursing professions Contacts in the care industry Management experience Teaching experience and digital competence Understanding business relationships
