Operational Excellence Engineer (m/f/d)

You conduct and support independently Yellow and Green-Belt projects in production to sustainably improve key operational key figures (KPIs). You take responsibility for change initiatives – from the introduction of new processes, technologies or systems to successful integration across the company. You plan, tax and accompany projects in Operational Excellence, including implementation, monitoring and reporting. You pass on your knowledge: In trainings and coachings you use methods and tools for process optimization. You document best practices, process improvements and Lessons Learned and regularly report on progress and successes to management. You set clear standards and promote a culture of continuous improvement according to the principle of “Standard Work” and proven methods.

Studies in a relevant field. At least Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Experience in improvement projects. Safe in handling data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Grafana, Tableau or SQL. Strong in prioritization and analytical thinking. Team players with the ability to work across areas – including management. Building and maintaining good relations with important stakeholders. Problem solvers with fast decisions in a dynamic environment. Well organized and in love with several tasks at the same time. Very good knowledge of German and English.
