In our business unit, we focus with 30 experts on transforming complex processes into slim, efficient specialist apps. Over fifty IT specialists with long-term vision and passion work directly in the heart of Munich or Ludwigsburg. For our team in Munich we are looking for you indefinitely and full-time as Senior Solution Architect (m/w/d).

Your task

You're a technical thinker and strategic motivator. You shape the bridge between complex industrial processes and excellent software - from the first discovery to the sustainable architecture and the tangible prototype. You identify strategic potentials with the customer and transform complex data flows into tools that fit exactly the process and secure real USPs. You have the smell for the Hidden Pains. It motivates you to identify problems before the customer can name them and to proactively expand its own solution ideas to the project. You carry out discovery and solution workshops, structure unsharp requirements and form a sustainable project image with clear business value. You make innovation immediately tangible: you conceptualize architecture and build the first prototype, e.g. on the basis of cplace or Greenfield, often yourself. You support supply, demo and decision phases through precise solution design and convincing technical storylines. As soon as a project takes shape, you will arrange the implementation. You add the appropriate specialists from our 30-member team and guide them professionally. You will accompany your topics beyond the Go-Live and develop solutions strategically to ensure the advancement of our customers.

You have a strong computer science foundation, ideally with diploma or master's degree, and want to combine technical excellence with strategic responsibility. You bring well-founded, multi-year relevant experience in the development of individual software and the development of scalable enterprise applications. You know individual software solutions, platforms, integrations or specialist apps not only from theory, but from sophisticated customer and project contexts. You can advise external customers in technology or digitization projects in a sovereign manner, conduct workshops independently and derive sustainable solutions from unsharp requirements. You love to immerse yourself in processes and inspire customers through professional competence, clear architectural decisions and communication at eye level. You are pleased to guide colleagues through a project, orchestrate specialists and actively share your knowledge with the team. Experience with Rapid Prototyping, MVPs, PoCs, Demos, cplace, PLM, Java, Backend or Enterprise software is a plus. Very good German and good English complete your profile.
