Employee Internal Sales - Technology / Order Processing (m/f/d)

You will create customised offers and work out technical specifications to optimally meet the individual requirements of our B2B customers. As a central interface, you coordinate smooth order processing in close cooperation with our specialist departments and the shipping and export department. You manage the commercial execution of orders and are the first contact point in complaints to find quick and customer-oriented solutions. For a clean data quality, you ask by carefully care about the product and customer base in our ERP system and continuously expanding it. You actively support the sales team in the daily business and bring your own ideas to optimise our sales processes.

You have a commercial or technical training and are also welcome as a cross-comer. You bring experience in B2B customer support – ideally even in technical trade. When dealing with MS Office you are safe and have ideally already worked with an ERP system. As a communicative and contact-loving personality, the exchange with customers is easy for you. You speak fluent German and very good English for internal and external communication. You will be present at our site during the first 3 to 6 months to ensure a structured incorporation – then we offer you flexible work models.
