Your tasks Together with us, drive forward the transformation of the commercial vehicle industry into the digital world. As a trainee, you will get deep insights into various areas of the MAN Truck & Bus company and the TRATON Group in the 15 months. We are a large group of companies active on all continents. This means many interfaces you will work with. Together with your mentor, you can customize your trainee program to fully develop your potential. Need-oriented training, trainee activities and networking events make you fit for your further success in our company. As a Global Trainee Sales Digitalization & AI' at MAN Truck & Bus Deutschland GmbH, you actively shape the digital transformation of the sales processes. Your focus is on the analysis, optimization and automation of sales processes through digitalization and the use of artificial intelligence. The aim is to make processes more efficient, to increase transparency and to develop innovative, sustainable solutions. As part of the trainee program, you will get to know various sales departments and get comprehensive insights into central processes in the sales environment as part of the opportunities in the group. Perspectively, you develop as an expert for digitalization and AI within the German organization and drive innovative solutions in sales.

Your qualification Excellent degree in Business Informatics, Digital Business Management, People Analytics or comparable. Ideally, you have a focus on sales management and AI and Data Analytics. You have a variety of practical experience through industrial internships or working student activities, preferably in the areas of sales. You have strengthened your intercultural competence through at least 3 months of experience abroad. Your stand-alone, creative and dedicated way of working is yours. As a team player, you have a high motivation and willingness to learn about personal development in an international working environment. You are passionate about innovations and future trends in the commercial vehicle industry. Language skills in German and English complete your profile.
