(Senior) Project Portfolio Manager (m/w/d)

Passionate leadership: You take over the professional leadership of the Project Portfolio Management team. Powerful: They are responsible for project portfolio management in coordination with the business areas and support this through the use of efficient project portfolio management methods and tools. Transparency of project progress: They create transparency about project progress and project portfolio development and are responsible for project reporting including relevant key figures. Resource Management: You are responsible for asset management at portfolio level and create transparency about resource bottlenecks. Decision-making capacity: They provide recommendations for decision-making for prioritisation of projects based on strategic objectives, resource availability and potential returns and represent the impact of prioritisation decisions. Strengthening cooperation: They maintain and build sustainable relationships with intra-group stakeholders and coordinate actions with adjacent specialist areas such as product portfolio management.

You can demonstrate a successfully completed study of business management or economic engineering or comparable qualifications. They have a multi-year technical, commercial or contractual professional experience in the handling and evaluation of complex offers and contracts. You can present a project management or system engineering certification and have been able to apply it through relevant professional experience. You have experience in the professional management of employees. They have excellent analytical and conceptual skills and a high sustainable outcome orientation. They are characterized by an extraordinary willingness to use, diligence, enforcing and joy in working in interdisciplinary teams. They are ready for occasional business trips in Germany and abroad. Very good knowledge of German and English as well as a safe handling of popular MS Office applications complete your profile.
