Foreman Building Construction (m/f/d)

Preparation and implementation of our construction projects in the field of civil engineering (key-fashioned and raw) in cooperation with the relevant building manager Instruction of the building staff and the subcontractors Monitoring compliance with quality, time and safety requirements Participation in material disposition and control as well as logistics at the construction site Documentation of the construction progress and support of the building management Creation of building day reports / building daybook

Completed polishing training as well as multiannual professional experience as a polisher in the development of construction projects and in the production of accounting bases Management skills, organisational skills and enforcement Own-sponsored and structured working as well as experience in employee management Basic knowledge in construction contracting Good knowledge of German in word and writing driving licence class B
