MRO Support / Work Planner (m/f/d)

Conception, introduction and further development of MES-based repair processes Analysis and structuring of complex repair, testing and maintenance processes and their digital imaging in the MES Definition of process steps, tests, feedback, releases and mandatory data taking into account different variants and configuration levels Development and maintenance of digital work and test instructions with a focus on intuitive operation, process reliability and troubleshooting Conversion of technical requirements, quality standards and MRO standards into standardized and robust digital processes Creation and maintenance of production documents and work plans in SAP, including corresponding piece list and master data maintenance also outside of SAP / MES Analysis and optimization of existing processes in terms of quality, efficiency, process safety and LEAN Identification of process risks and implementation of appropriate measures to avoid misuse and process deviations Planning, implementation and evaluation of MES tests, process validations and practice testing Continuous further development of the digital workflows based on knowledge and feedback from the departments Technical interface function between the participating departments

Complete technical training, e.g. as mechatronics, electronics, mechanics or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience, ideally in the industrial environment or in work preparation, production or maintenance Good technical understanding and the ability to prepare complex technical facts in a comprehensible and structured manner experience in creating work instructions, work plans, test documents or technical documentation Embossed understanding of processes and their practical implementation Ability to get into the perspective of the user or Replacement of workers Quality awareness as well as a strong understanding of fault prevention and process safety Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office readiness and interest to deal intensively with digital production processes and MES systems Structured, independent and careful operation Good English knowledge of word and writing Good communication and team skills Knowledge of EASA Part 145 and work planning are advantageous
