Foreman Building Construction (m/f/d)

At the construction site, you will present the cycle: plan and control the construction workflows together with the building management and ensure smooth implementation.

You carry out your construction site team: you coordinate our commercial employees and after-contractors, assign tasks and keep an overview of the individual works.

You can organize what the construction site needs: staff, equipment and material are planning foresight and ensure their needs-oriented use.

You have quality, dates and safety in mind: You control the work done and ensure that our quality standards as well as the requirements for occupational and health protection are complied with.

You coordinate material and logistics: from the demand determination via ordering and disposition to delivery and delivery, you keep the processes under control.

You work closely with the building management: You participate in construction meetings, support the coordination with project participants and document the progress of construction in the building journal.

Your practical experience is introduced: your ideas are in demand for formwork and logistics concepts as well as for solving everyday challenges at the construction site.

You give further knowledge: If necessary, you will accompany and support our trainees in their practical training.

You have a training in the construction trade and ideally a further training for:in the tested polish:in, master:in, technician:in or a comparable qualification.

You have practical experience in building construction and know what to do when organizing a construction site.

You can guide, motivate people and keep an overview even when several things happen at the site.

You have a class B driving licence
