The SOS-Kinderdorf e.V. For our SOS Children's Village in Saxony we are looking for an educator (m/w/d) for our stationary group in Zwickau in full time (38,5 h/w) Your area of responsibility: As a pedagogical specialist in a group of 8 children aged 7 to 13 years, you play a central role in their support and development. Together with a dedicated team, you create a reliable place of life where children experience protection, promotion and perspectives. Their pedagogical action is based on the individual needs and resources of young people - supported by empathy, expertise and structure. They serve young people in a housing group and create a safe, stable environment for their development. They contribute to education and assistance planning and document them in our electronic case files. In close coordination with the relevant departmental management, you work with schools, doctors and therapists to coordinate and implement individual funding targets.
