We, the Allgeier IT Services, are currently looking for backup for our Modern Workplace Team by a (Senior) Consultant (m/w/d). Since we are decentralized in the team, you can also work to 100% remote. Of course, you can also work from one of our sites at any time - that's up to you!

Your tasks

• Planning and technical support and implementation of IT projects
• Development and implementation of client management infrastructure using Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune/ SCCM)
• Creation and implementation of client design concepts including curing, GPOs/ Policies and Lifecycle/ Patch Management
• Knowledge transfer in the team
• Processing of support requests and development of problem-solving strategies
• Troubleshooting

Your background

• Multiannual experience in client management
• Ideally experience in one or more of the following technologies:
• SCCM (MECM)
• Endpoint Manager (Intune)
• MDT
• Communication and enforcement strength, team orientation
• German, reliable English
• Ready to travel (~25%)
