Head of the Department of IT, Architectures and Processes in the Business Unit ''Media Production and Technical Infrastructure'' (m/f/d)

Strategic new and further development of training topics in the field and business area Observation and analysis of technical and organizational trends in broadcasting and the current media landscape Economic responsibility for the field Content-didactic customer consulting and order clarification to create in-house offers and qualification projects Acquisition and selection and appropriate training staff Operational management of seminars, special events and qualification projects (including budget, appointment and resource management, quality management) Advice on technical seminar equipment and infrastructure in cooperation with other services in the house

Completed study or training in the IT environment or comparable qualification Long-standing professional experience - preferably also in the IT field of professional AV media Interest and experience in adult qualification and project management Preference is given to knowledge of technical and operational processes at radio stations High self-responsibility in working with a strong team capability
