Description As a student/student support (m/w/d) in sales management, you support our Cluster Sales Manager Düsseldorf in their daily tasks. You are a real sales talent and score with your personality! In doing so, you convince the customers of our product through a support that is adapted to individual needs and challenges. You work concentrated and structured and are versed in IT applications. In addition, your tasks include: Proactive customer acquisition and support with the aim of building and maintaining long-term customer relationships (including contract negotiations and contract conclusion) Own research of the local market for new customers Continuous market, trend and competitor analysis as well as compiling reports and statistics on customer performance Close cooperation with the sales managers of the region and the departments Reservation and Front Office
